Insulated Flexible Duct

Flexible ducts insulated with fibrous glass are an efficient, economical way to install connections between trunk ducts and room diffusers or registers. A spiral wire-reinforced inner air conduit is wrapped with resilient fibrous glass and jacketed with a plastic film. These flexible products can conform to bends when connecting trunk ducts to diffusers, or when routing duct work through obstructed areas.  It is definitely a more cost-effective HVAC ducting option than other competing hoses. It will also look good in any setting that it is placed in thanks to the shiny silver insulation material on the outside of the hose.

Flexible Duct Connector

All air duct installations for heating or ventilation are attached to mechanical equipment containing a fan or blower. This equipment causes vibrations and noises which are transmitted in the metal ducts throughout the installation. YAS offers two types of seam locks of metal-to-fabrics. Both gives a great strength, nothing comparable to classical single fold methods in order to isolate vibrations and noises caused by air handling units, fans and other equipment, it is highly recommended to install an airtight flexible joint between the outlet of the device and the air duct. This joint, consisting of a fabric which is attached to a sheet of metal on both sides is called a « Flexible Duct Connector». It is necessary to select an airtight and flexible cloth with good weathering qualities and which can withstand temperatures inside and outside the duct.

Stuck Up Pins

Self-adhesive pins are designed for fitting insulation materials to smooth surfaces without using and additional tools. Quick and easy application. It can be used for fitting rigid or flexible insulation materials such as glass wool, rock wool, polystyrene, polyethylene foam, insulation cork boards, etc. Operating temperature range of AFS PIN is – 10°C / +80°C. Application temperature has to be above + 10°C. The surface applied on has to be free of any residues, dust, grease, oil, etc.

Hidden Slot Diffuser

Concealed ceiling slot diffusers are suitable for the installation of suspended ceilings and they are used to supply or exhaust air from the environment. It is suitable to use in places with ceiling height of 2,5 – 4 meters. They should be selected with 1,2,3 or 4 slots according to the air flow rate and noise criteria. Plenum box installation should be done with hanger brackets to the ceiling or should be located on the box profile. Depending on the heating and cooling season, the adjustable wings must be set to the correct position. For adjustable air flow adjustment, a sliding damper is located behind rotatable wing.

Louver

Fresh air louver is composed of frame and horizontal blades assembly, manufactured from high quality extruded aluminum profiled construction with advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity. Blades are set at angle of 45° with 30 mm spacing, and fixed to the inner frame by rivets and support pipe. Total structure is weather proofed and blades are inclined down wards to protect against rain water. Structure provides around 45% effective pressure area.

Foam Tape uses closed cell construction to provide effective insulation performance, and its adhesive incorporates a built-in for strength. It can be overlapped or the edges can be butted as it’s wrapped on piping. The amount of tape required depends on factors like relative humidity, ambient temperature, and the temperature of the pipe to be covered. Service temperatures range from -20°F to a high continuous temperature of 160°F.
